- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
PreparationCombine spinach, blackberries, strawberries, banana, milk, oats, sugar and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
