Berry Green Smoothie

Make-ahead freezer friendly smoothies that are healthy, nutritious and so refreshing for your mornings!

Ingredients

Berry Green Smoothie (2 persons, 5 minutes)

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats

Preparation

Combine spinach, blackberries, strawberries, banana, milk, oats, sugar and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
